Privacy Policy
effective 20 september 2026
- Your content is yours. We do not train AI models on it and we do not sell it.
- We collect what is needed to run the service and nothing more.
- You can access, correct or delete your data at any time.
This policy explains how Divona (“we”, “us”), operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, collects and uses personal information through the Divona website and workspace (the “Service”).
01 Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, company, and login credentials.
- Content — the brand definitions, guides, projects, assets and other material you create or upload to the Service.
- Integration credentials — API keys for AI providers you choose to connect, stored securely.
- Usage information — how you use the Service, including feature usage and estimated model costs, for billing and spend limits.
- Technical information — IP address, browser and device details, and cookies needed to keep you signed in.
02 How we use it
- To provide, operate and maintain the Service
- To process the requests you make, including AI generation
- To manage your account, billing and spend limits
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse
- To communicate with you about your account and the Service
- To comply with legal obligations
We process personal information to perform our agreement with you, to pursue our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, with your consent where required, and to meet legal obligations.
03 AI providers
The Service uses third-party AI models. When you use a generative feature, the relevant content is sent to the AI provider used to fulfil that request. If you connect your own provider account, that provider’s terms and privacy policy govern their handling of your content. We do not use your content to train AI models.
04 Sharing
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers that host the Service, deliver email and provide AI models, under agreements that restrict their use of the data
- Members of your organization, according to the access you grant them
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others
- A successor, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets
We do not sell personal information.
05 International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside the country you are in. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for those transfers.
06 Retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When you delete content or close your account, we delete the associated data within a reasonable period, subject to routine backup cycles.
07 Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest and restricted access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@divona.dev. We may need to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
You can delete your account, and disconnect any connected provider, from within the Service at any time.
09 Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10 Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and the effective date above will be revised. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
